精细化工业大麻纤维的制备及其性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为制备精细化工业大麻纤维,获得纯纺工业大麻纱线和高支数工业大麻/棉混纺纱线,采用H_(2)O_(2)/TAED活化体系去除工业大麻中的胶质成分。通过基团分析、表观纤维形态分析及元素分析后表明,脱胶后工业大麻纤维胶质绝大部分被去除,纤维表面光滑。通过纤维残胶率、纤维直径和断裂强力等研究了脱胶后工业大麻纤维的理化性能的变化。实验结果表明,经H_(2)O_(2)/TAED活化体系脱胶后,与原工业大麻相比,纤维素含量由49.54%增加至75.5%,果胶含量由4.11%降至1.62%,半纤维素含量由20.13%降至11.25%,木质素含量由15.83%降至10.44%,工业大麻纤维白度由5.96%提高至53.85%。处理后工业大麻纤维的残胶率为8.81%,纤维直径及断裂强力分别为13.32μm、8.98 cN。 In order to prepare refined hemp fiber,pure hemp yarn and high count hemp/cotton blended yarn were obtained.The H_(2)O_(2)/TAED activation system was used to remove the gum in hemp.The FTIR,SEM,XPS and other analysis show that most of the hemp fiber gum is removed after degumming,and the fiber surface is smooth.The physicochemical properties of hemp fibers after degumming were studied by fiber residual ratio,fiber diameter and breaking strength.The results show that after degumming by H_(2)O_(2)/TAED activation system,the cellulose content increases from 49.54% to 75.5%,the pectin content decreas from 4.11% to 1.62%,and the hemicellulose content decreas from 20.13% to 11.25%,the lignin content decreases from 15.83% to 10.44%,hemp fiber whiteness increases from 5.96%to 53.85%.The residual gel fraction is 8.81%,and the fiber diameter and breaking strength are 13.32μm and 8.98 cN.
