HO-1介导铁死亡在急性筋膜室综合征所致骨骼肌损伤中的研究进展

摘要 急性骨筋膜室综合征(ACS)会导致骨骼肌损害。血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)可以抵抗氧化应激反应、抑制组织细胞凋亡、降低炎症性反应等。本文就铁死亡与ACS损伤和HO-1调控细胞铁死亡的研究进展作一综述,回顾了铁死亡与ACS损伤之间的相互调节机制,以及在早期诊断、治疗中的前景,期望为ACS治疗提供新思路。 Acute compartment syndrome(ACS)can lead to the damage of skeletal muscle and nerve.The oxidative damage caused by lipid peroxidation involving iron ion is called ferroptosis.Heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)can reduce skeletal muscle ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI)by resisting oxidative stress response,inhibiting apoptosis of tissue cells,and reducing inflammatory response.This paper reviews the research progress of iron death in ACS injury and how HO-1 regulates cell ferroptosis.
