摘要
目的考察无患子果“三蒸三烘”炮制前后的常春藤皂苷元含量变化,提供无患子果炮制方法的有效性依据。方法采用HPLC法。以Inertsil ODS-XP柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(68∶32)为流动相,流速为1 ml/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为210 nm。结果常春藤皂苷元在2.784~13.92μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:Y=312274X+118146(r=0.9999)。无患子果炮制前的常春藤皂苷元含量平均为20.7219 mg/ml,炮制后为23.4431 mg/ml,炮制品较生品含量提高13.13%。结论无患子果经“三蒸三烘”炮制后,常春藤皂苷元含量增加。而HPLC法具有操作简便,精密度、稳定性、重复性好,可用于无患子果炮制前后的质量控制。
Objective To investigate the content change of hederagenin in Sapindus before and after three steaming and three drying.To provide the effective basis for the processing method of Sapindus.Methods Using the HPLC method,the content change of hederagenin in raw product of Sapindus and three steaming and three drying of Sapindus were determined.The determination was performed on an Inertsil ODS-XP column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with acetonitrile-water(68∶32)as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 2.784-13.92μg/min for hederagenin.The regression equation was Y=312274X+118146(r=0.9999).The average content of hederagenin in raw product of Sapindus was 20.7219 mg/min,processed product was 23.4431 mg/min.Processed product improved by 13.13%over raw product.Conclusion After“three steaming and three drying”processing,the content of hederagenin increased.The method is simple,accurate,stable and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Sapindus before and after processing.
