摘要
张仲景《金匮要略》妇人病3篇,共计36种病,包括妊娠病9种,产后病9种,妇人杂病18种,从病因病机、临床诊断、治法方药等方面对妇科疾病进行了详细论述。通过对妇人病3篇中的治疗方法和方药进行分析,归纳其治疗妇科疾病的特点,主要以治血为主,重视气血、血水、肝脾之间的关系,对临床治疗该病有一定启示。
The three articles on women's diseases in Zhang Zhongjing's Synopsis of the Golden Chamber elaborate a total of 36 diseases,including 9 gestational diseases,9 postpartum diseases and 18 women's miscellaneous diseases,which elaborate the gynecological diseases from etiology and pathogenesis,clinical diagnosis and therapeutic prescriptions,etc.Through the analysis of therapeutic methods and prescriptions in 3 articles on women's diseases,the characteristics of Zhang Zhongjing treating gynecological diseases are summarized as follows,to mainly treat blood and to pay attention to relationships between qi and blood,blood and water as well as liver and spleen,which has certain enlightenment for clinical treatment of the diseases.
