消防设施的安全管理在物业管理中是重中之重。消防安全关乎人们生命财产安全,加强物业管理中对消防设施的安全普查是提升物业管理质量,确保社区安全稳定发展的关键途径。物业管理部门针对高层建筑消防设施进行管理时,更应加强技术普及和普查整改。本文就针对普查与整改思路展开深入分析,以期提升高层建筑消防安全管理质量,确保人民生命财产安全。
The safety management of fire-fighting facilities is the most important thing in property management.Fire-fighting safety concerns the safety of people’s lives and property.Strengthening the safety general survey of fire-fighting facilities in property management is a key way to improve the quality of property management and ensure the safe and stable development of communities.When the property management department manages the fire-fighting facilities of high-rise buildings,it should strengthen the popularization of technology and the general survey and rectification.This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the general survey and rectification thought in order to improve the quality of fire-fighting safety management of high-rise buildings and ensure the safety of people’s lives and properties.
