摘要
目的探讨Scarf截骨术治疗拇外翻术后畸形复发的临床疗效。方法采用Scarf截骨术治疗14例拇外翻术后畸形复发患者。测量患足拇外翻角(HVA)和第1、2跖骨间角(IMA),采用AOFAS前足评分评价疗效。结果患者均获得随访,时间12~28个月。截骨均一期愈合,时间3~4个月。无切口并发症发生,疼痛症状均明显改善,未出现转移性跖痛及跖骨头坏死。末次随访时,HVA和IMA均较术前明显减小(P<0.001);AOFAS前足评分较术前明显增高(P<0.001)。结论Scarf截骨术可有效纠正拇外翻术后畸形复发,并能明显改善患者的临床症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Scarf osteotomy in the treatment of deformity recurrence after hallux valgus operation.Methods Fourteen patients who suffered from deformity recurrent after hallux valgus surgery were treated with Scarf osteotomy.The hallux valgus angle(HVA)and the first and second intermetatarsal angle(IMA)were measured,and the curative effect was evaluated with AOFAS forefoot score.Results All patients were followed up for 12~28 months.All the osteotomy site healed in one-stage,the healing time was 3~4 months.No postoperative incisions complications occurred,and the pain symptoms was significantly improved,there was no metastatic metatarsal pain or metatarsal bone necrosis.At the last follow-up,the HVA and the first and second IMA were both decreased than those before operation(P<0.05),the AOFAS forefoot score was significantly improved,compared with before operation(P<0.05).Conclusions Scarf osteotomy can effectively correct the deformity recurrence following hallux valgus operation,and which can significantly improve the patient′s clinical symptoms.
