摘要
电机及其驱动控制在按摩椅系统中起到至关重要的作用。针对传统按摩椅中直流有刷电机起动及换挡控制过程存在的无力感、不平稳等现象引起的舒适性下降问题,在开环控制的基础上,选取带有霍尔传感器的直流有刷电机,设计相应的驱动硬件电路及增量式PID速度控制的软件程序。经测试,相较于传统的开环电机控制方式,该设计实现了按摩椅舒适性的提升。
The motor and its drive control play a vital role in the massage chair system.Aiming at the problem of reduced comfort caused by weakness and unsteady in the process of starting or shifting control of the DC brush motor in the traditional massage chair,based on the open⁃loop control,the DC brush motor with Hall sensor was selected and the corresponding drive hardware circuit and incremental PID speed control software program were designed.After testing,compared with the traditional open⁃loop motor control method,this design has realized the improvement of the comfort of the massage chair.
