摘要
目的:对丁苯酞联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗轻度血管性认知功能障碍(Mild vascular cognitive impairment,MVCI)患者的临床疗效进行分析。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月,朝阳市中心医院收治的120例MVCI患者,采用简单随机分组,分为观察组和对照组(60例每组);所有患者均给予对症支持治疗,另对照组给予盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,观察组加用丁苯酞软胶囊,疗程12周;治疗前、后采用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)和蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA)评分,治疗前后P300潜伏期及波幅情况,并对疗效进行评价。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率为91.7%显著性高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05);治疗后两组的MMSE评分及MOCA评分均显著升高(均P<0.05),但观察组治疗前后差值较对照组更大(均P<0.05);治疗后两组P300潜伏期均缩短且波幅上升(均P<0.05),但观察组P300潜伏期缩短差值更为明显,波幅上升差值更为明显(均P<0.05)。两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论:丁苯酞联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗可显著性改善患者的临床症状,值得推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide combined with donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with mild vascular cognitive impairment(MVCI).Methods:A total of 120 MVCI patients admitted to Chaoyang Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group(60 cases in each group).On the basis of supportive treatment,the control group was given donepezil hydrochloride treatment,and the observation group was given butylphthalide soft capsules on the basis of the control group for 12 weeks.The Mini Mental State Scale(MMSE)and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA)were used before and after treatment.The two groups of patients were scored,the P300 latency and P300 amplitude,and the clinical efficacy were evaluated.Results:After treatment,the MMSE score and MOCA score were significantly increased(both P<0.05),but the change in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(all P<0.05);after treatment,the P300 latency were all shortened and the amplitude increased(all P<0.05),but the difference in the P300 latency of the observation group was more obvious,and the amplitude increased poorly.The value is more obvious(all P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide combined with donepezil hydrochloride treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worthy of promotion.
