摘要
在经济全球化的影响下,伴随着以美国为代表的发达国家的经济战略收缩,国际经济全球化产业链受到严重影响。结合现代科技发展和时代需求,服务业也呈现出蓬勃发展的趋势,国家经济发展的核心是培养国家栋梁之材,人才的发展是现代服务业向前发展的基石。培养现代服务业所需要的职业性人才,有利于增强我国的产业竞争力和国民生产总值的增长。因此,本文针对高职院校如何培养适应现代化服务背景下的职业型人才,分析了社会对服务型职业人才的需求,提出了对高职院校培养适应现代服务业发展的人才的建议,使学生毕业以后,能够快速地适应现代服务业的发展,成为社会所需要的职业型人才。
Under the influence of economic globalization,with the economic strategic contraction of developed countries represented by the United States,the industrial chain of international economic globalization has been seriously affected.The service industry is also showing a trend of vigorous development in combination with the development of modern science and technology and the needs of the times.The core of national economic development is to cultivate the talents of the country,and the development of talents is the cornerstone of the forward development of modern service industry.Cultivating professional talents needed by modern service industry is conducive to enhancing China's industrial competitiveness and the growth of GDP.Therefore,this article analyzes the society's demand for service-oriented talents on how to train professional talents suitable for the background of modern service in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward suggestions for higher vocational colleges to cultivate talents suitable for the development of modern service industry,so that students can quickly adapt to the development of modern service industry and become the professional talents needed by the society after graduation.
