摘要
(超)细粒级煤泥的有效分级,一直是邢台矿选煤厂选煤生产中的薄弱环节和筛分作业的难点。实验分析了(超)细粒级筛分设备坦克筛在邢台矿选煤厂的应用效果,同时对比分析了新型筛分设备坦克筛和传统分选设备水力分级旋流器的筛分数据,了解到坦克筛在筛分效果上有较大的优势,但坦克筛处理量相对较小、筛下存在“跑粗”现象,需进一步优化坦克筛结构参数。
The effective classification of(ultra)fine coal slime has always been a weak link in coal preparation production and a difficult point in screening operation in Xingtai Coal Preparation Plant.The application effect of(ultra)fine-grained screening equipment tank screen in Xingtai Mine Coal Preparation Plant is analyzed by experiment.At the same time,the screening data of new screening equipment tank screen and traditional separation equipment hydraulic classification cyclone are compared and analyzed.It is known that tank screen has great advantages in screening effect,but the treatment capacity of tank screen is relatively small,and there is a phenomenon of'running coarse'under the screen.It is necessary to further optimize the structural parameters of tank screen.
