SBM施工风险分析及管控措施--以宁海抽水蓄能电站竖井工程为例 被引量:15

摘要 SBM全断面竖井掘进机是大深竖井施工重大装备,可广泛应用于矿山工程、水利工程、新能源工程等领域。SBM在施工过程中,如何将各个环节中的风险因素予以识别并进行评估,是亟待解决的问题。以宁海抽水蓄能电站竖井工程为实例,基于现场踏勘、专家研判以及参考类似工程施工经验等,进行风险源识别。运用LEC风险评价法,通过与现场人员座谈、评估小组论证、专家咨询等多种手段,建立适合竖井SBM施工的因素指标值及风险等级划分体系,并进行不同风险的等级划分。在此基础上,针对重大风险源,提出相应的管控措施。研究成果对于SBM在实际工程中的应用有很好的指导意义。 A SBM full face shaft boring machine is a major equipment of a large and deep shaft construction and could be widely applied to the mine engineering,water conservancy project,new energy engineering and other areas.During the SBM construction process,how to distinguish and evaluate the risk factors occurred in each link would be the problem to be solved.Based on the shaft engineering of Ninghai Pumped-Storage Hydroplant as an example,the risk source identification was conducted with the site spot exploration,expert research and judgment,references to the similar engineering construction experiences and others.With the LEC risk evaluation method,site personnel information discussion,evaluation group demonstration,experts consultation as well as multi means,the factor index value and risk classification system suitable to the shaft SBM construction were established and the different risk grads were divided.Based on the circumstances,according to the major risk sources,the related control measures were provided.The research results would have excellent guidance significance to the SBM application in the actual engineering.
