隐匿性脊髓拴系综合征的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脊髓拴系综合征(tethered cord syndrome,TCS)是一种渐进性进展的神经发育障碍性疾病,主要表现为以肢体感觉、运动功能障碍或畸形以及大小便功能障碍等神经功能损害的症候群[1],这种功能障碍会随着病人的生长发育和脊柱屈伸而加重[2,3]。1993年,Warder和Oakes[4]提出隐匿性TCS(occult TCS,OTCS)的概念,描述具有TCS类似的临床症状,但脊髓圆锥位置正常、终丝增粗呈脂肪瘤化的一组疾病。OTCS在儿童中较常见,因认识不足,误诊率高,常常错过最佳治疗时期。本文对OTCS的研究进展进行综述。
