摘要
通过文献回顾法,编制专家函询问卷。采用德尔菲法,确定军队保健医生能力素质指标体系,运用层次分析法计算各指标权重。构建军队保健医生能力素质指标体系,为军队保健医生的选拔、培养、评价提供数据化客观标准。
The expert letter questionnaire was compiled through literature review,and the ability and quality index system of military health care doctors was determined through the Delphi method,and the analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of each index.This study has constructed an indicator system for the ability and quality of military health care doctors and provided objective data-based standards for the selection,training,and evaluation of military health care doctors.
