摘要
目的:探讨基于达标理论的云随访在体外冲击波碎石患者出院随访中的应用效果。方法:按照便利抽样法,选取2019年9月至2020年10月接受治疗的120例泌尿结石患者,按照入院时间先后顺序分组,2019年9月至2020年3月入院的60例为对照组,2020年4月至2020年10月入院的60例为观察组。对照组在出院后给予常规出院随访,观察组在常规出院后随访的基础上实施基于达标理论的云随访。分别于随访1个月和3个月后,微信群内进行问卷测评,对比分析两组患者结石治疗有效率、治疗依从性和疾病认知水平。结果:观察组患者治疗后7天和10天结石治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预3个月后,两组患者疾病认知水平、治疗依从性得分均明显高于干预前(P<0.05);观察组干预1个月、3个月后疾病认知水平、治疗依从性得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:出院后基于达标理论的云随访有利于提高患者疾病认知水平,提高泌尿系统结石患者治疗依从性,提高患者治疗效果。
Objective:To explore the application effect of cloud follow-up model based on compliance theory in patients with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy.Methods:120 patients with urinary calculi from September 2019 to October 2020 were conveniently sampled as subjects.According to the order of admission,60 patients hospitalized from September 2019 to March 2020 were included in the control group,60 patients from April to October 2020 were in the observation group.The control group was given routine post discharge follow-up after discharge,and the observation group implemented cloud follow-up based on routine post discharge follow-up.After 1 month and 3 months of follow-up,questionnaire evaluation was conducted in wechat group to compare the treatment efficiency,treatment compliance and disease cognition between the two groups.Results:The effective rates of 7 and 10 days after operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.After 3 months of intervention,the scores of disease cognition and treatment compliance in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).The scores of disease cognition and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group one month and three months after intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:The cloud follow-up based on the compliance theory after discharge is helpful to improve the disease cognition level of patients,improve the treatment compliance of patients with urinary calculi,and improve the treatment effect of patients.
