摘要
考虑了充填管道失效具有随机性和模糊性特点,引入集对—可拓理论,构建了基于组合赋权与集对—可拓相耦合的综合评价模型。首先,从料浆特性、管道特性、施工技术和充填工艺4个方面,选取12个指标,构建了充填管道失效风险综合评价指标体系,并对指标进行风险等级划分。其次,采用G1法和改进CRITIC法分别确定指标主观权重和客观权重,并基于最小熵原理和拉格朗日算法计算指标组合权重,运用集对分析原理构建联系隶属度函数,通过计算单指标联系隶属度和综合联系隶属度,以最大隶属度识别准则为依据判断充填管道失效风险等级。最后,以金川龙首矿、宝山铅锌矿、新城金矿3个矿山为研究背景,进行充填管道失效风险评估,并与云模型和可变模糊集等评价模型评估结果对比。研究结果显示,3个矿山充填管道失效风险分别为Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级和Ⅲ级,与实际情况相符,且3种评估模型结果一致,表明基于组合赋权的集对—可拓理论综合评价模型在充填管道失效方面具有适用性,进一步丰富了理论成果。
Considering the characteristics of randomness and fuzziness of filling pipeline failure,the set pair extension theory is introduced to construct a comprehensive evaluation model based on the coupling of combination weight and set pair extension.Firstly,from the four aspects of slurry characteristics,pipeline characteristics,construction technology and filling technology,12 influencing factors are selected to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system for failure risk of filling pipeline,and the risk level of the indexes is divided.Secondly,G1 method and improved cristic method are used to determine the subjective and objective weights of indicators respectively.The combined weights of indicators are calculated based on the minimum entropy principle and Lagrange algorithm.The set pair analysis principle is used to construct the relation membership function.The comprehensive risk level is judged by calculating the single index connection membership and comprehensive association membership degree,and based on the maximum membership recognition criteria.Finally,the risk assessment of filling pipeline failure is carried out based on the research background of three mines,namely,Longshou Mine,Baoshan Lead Zinc Mine and Xincheng Gold Mine,and the results are compared with those of cloud model and variable fuzzy set.The results show that the failure risk of three mine filling pipelines are class II,class III and level III respectively,which is consistent with the actual situation,and the results of the three evaluation models are consistent.The results show that the set of combined weight has applicability in the comprehensive evaluation model of extension theory in the failure of filling pipeline,and further enriches the theoretical results.
