摘要
针对高原环境对低压电器在散热性能、绝缘间距、电弧产生与熄灭等方面的影响,分析了低气压、低空气密度及空气对流强度等因素改变的情况下,低压电器在介电性能、温升特性、分断能力和脱扣特性等方面的试验结果,并对其结果进行了多方面的对比研究,提出了在高原环境下大规模使用低压电器时,在结构设计、型号选用、运行维护等方面需注意的关键问题。在高原环境中应用的低压电器,其散热性能将是结构设计和使用中需着重考虑的方面。通过有限元仿真分析和人工气候室试验相结合的方式开展低压电器在高原环境中适应性的研究,是未来研究的重点发展方向。
In view of the influence of plateau environment on low-voltage electrical apparatus in heat dissipation performance,insulation distance,arc generation and extinction etc.,the test results of low-voltage electrical apparatus in terms of dielectric performance,temperature rise characteristics,breaking capacity and tripping characteristics under the change of factors such as low air pressure,low air density and air convection intensity are analyzed.The results are compared in many aspects,and the key problems needing attention in structural design,model selection,operation and maintenance when using low-voltage electrical appliances on a large scale in plateau environment are put forward.The heat dissipation performance of low-voltage electrical appliances used in the plateau environment will be an aspect that needs to be considered in structural design and use.The research on the adaptability of low-voltage electrical appliances in the plateau environment through a combination of finite element simulation analysis and artificial climate laboratory tests is the key development direction of future research.
