摘要
随着“碳达峰、碳中和”战略的提出,降低二氧化碳的排放成为当下首要任务,非化石能源应用比重也逐年提高。风力发电和光伏发电是清洁能源的代表,但我国地域辽阔,风力发电和光伏发电分布不均,而且受风力发电和光伏发电本身的时间条件限制,风力发电和光伏发电功率输出不稳定,存在很大的波动性。将二者进行联合互补发电,就可弥补单独发电存在的弊端,提高系统效率。介绍了风光互补联合发电系统的原理,通过建立联合系统模型,给出目标函数和约束条件,并阐述了系统实现流程。互补发电系统的应用,可减少化石能源发电输出,降低碳排放,具有非常好的理论指导意义。
With the proposal of carbon peak and carbon neutral strategy,reducing carbon dioxide emissions has become the primary task,and the proportion of non-fossil energy applications increases year by year.Wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation are representatives of clean energy.China has a vast territory,and the distribution of wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation is uneven.Moreover,limited by the time conditions of wind power and photovoltaic power generation,the power output of wind power and photovoltaic power generation is unstable and has great volatility.Combining the two for complementary power generation can make up for the disadvantages of separate power generation and improve system efficiency.The principle of wind solar hybrid power generation system is introduced.By establishing a joint system model,the objective function and constraint conditions are given.The implementation process of the system is described.The application of complementary power generation system can reduce the output of fossil energy power generation and reduce carbon emissions,which has very good theoretical guiding significance.
