摘要
《关于进一步加强和改进新形势下高校宣传思想工作的意见》明确规定了高校宣传思想工作的五大主要任务。五大任务内容丰富、层次分明、重点突出、逻辑清晰,坚定理想信念是其灵魂,巩固共同思想道德基础是其关键,壮大主流思想舆论是其导向,推动文化传承创新是其根基,立足学生全面发展是其目的。紧扣五大任务,扎实做好宣传思想工作,是新时代高校宣传思想工作“为党育人、为国育才”的时代责任和历史使命。
The Opinions on Further Strengthening and Improving the Publicity and Ideological Work of Colleges and Universities under the New Situation clearly stipulates the five major missions of publicity and ideological work to be fulfilled by colleges and universities.The five tasks are rich in content and layered in structure;they are both conceptually focused and logically consistent.To fulfill the missions,colleges and universities must cultivate firm ideals and beliefs,build strong ideological and moral foundations,strengthen mainstream ideologies,promote cultural inheritance and innovation and facilitate students'all-round development.Only by bearing the five missions in mind and carrying out diligent publicity and ideological work can colleges and universities fully execute their responsibility of“producing talented personnel for the Party and for the country”.
