摘要
当前,我国已经把碳达峰、碳中和纳入生态文明建设的整体布局之中,力争在2030年前实现碳达峰、2060年前实现碳中和。“十四五”规划纲要更是提出“推动绿色发展,促进人与自然和谐共生”;“促进经济社会发展全面绿色转型,建设人与自然和谐共生的现代化”,这就给建筑业的节能减排提出了新的更高要求:推动节能减排、绿色发展,扎实推进碳达峰和碳中和工作。本文基于这样的背景,对建筑节能减排的现状及难点进行分析,并从政策、技术、产品等多个维度提出建筑节能减排的举措。
At present,China has incorporated carbon peaking and carbon neutralization into the overall layout of ecological civilization construction,striving to achieve carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutralization by 2060.The outline of the Fourteenth Five Year Plan even puts forward"promoting green development and harmonious coexistence between man and nature","promoting the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development,and building the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature",which puts forward new and higher requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction of construction industry:promote energy conservation and emission reduction,green development,and solidly promote the work of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization.Based on this background,this paper analyzes the current situation and difficulties of building energy conservation and emission reduction,and puts forward measures of building energy conservation and emission reduction from multiple dimensions such as policy,technology and products.
