摘要
介绍了发动机冷却系统中冷却液壶耐久性能的有限元分析方法及优化措施。基于冷却液壶的结构特征及所用材料的力学特性,在车辆所能达到的正常工作温度与压力下,结合耐久时间的影响,对不同结构的冷却液壶进行有限元建模分析,来模拟车辆真实工况下这些不同结构的冷却液壶所能提供的耐久寿命。研究表明:规则的壶体设计可以让冷却液壶表现出良好的蠕变耐久性能,同时增加壁厚与增加强筋的设计对改善冷却液壶的蠕变耐久有非常大的帮助。研究内容对冷却液壶的分析及优化方法为冷却液壶的结构选择及稳健设计提供了参考。
The finite element analysis method and optimization of the durability performance of the surge tank in the vehicle cooling system were introduced.By combining the structural characteristics and the mechanical properties of the raw material used of the surge tank,the finite element analysis of the different structure design of the surge tank was conducted to simulate the durability performance of the surge tank under the vehicle condition.The research shows that the regular surge tank design can make the surge tank show good creep durability,and the design of increasing wall thickness and reinforcing ribs is very helpful to improve the creep durability of the surge tank.It provides a reference for the structural selection and robust design of the surge tank.
