摘要
培育和筛选耐盐碱花生品种,对于有效利用盐碱地,扩大花生种植面积具有重要意义。高油酸花生油具有营养价值高、耐储藏等特点,高油酸花生品种的培育和推广是近几年花生育种的热点。本研究对种植在东营盐碱地的46个高油酸花生品种(系)出苗率和产量等性状进行分析,结果表明R17-3,R17-4,花育9118和花育9125可以作为盐碱地种植的主推品种(系)。此外,品质测定结果表明大多在盐碱地种植的高油酸品种(系)的蛋白含量、脂肪含量和油亚比值降低。本研究为耐盐碱高油酸花生品种(系)的筛选提供了参考数据,为盐碱地种植高油酸花生提供了候选种质。
The cultivation and screening of saline-alkali resistant peanut varieties are of great significance for the effective use of saline-alkali land and expanding the planting area of peanut.High oleic acid peanut has the characteristics of high nutritional value and storage resistance,so the cultivation and promotion of high oleic acid varieties has become the hot subject of peanut breeding in recent years.This study analyzed the germination rate and yield of 46 high oleic acid peanut varieties(lines)planted in Dongying saline-alkali land,and the results showed that R17-3,R17-4,Huayu9118 and Huayu9125 could serve as the main varieties(lines)for planting in saline-alkali land.In addition,the quality determination results showed that the protein content,oil content and ratio of oleic acid to linoleic acid of most high oleic acid varieties planted in saline-alkali land were reduced.This study provides data for the screening of saline-alkali high oleic acid peanut varieties(lines)and provides candidate germplasms for the cultivation of saline-alkali tolerant peanut.
