摘要
近年来,油田开发面临更高的安全环保要求,为防止管道泄漏而导致环境污染或者危及公众安全,给油田安全生产带来不利影响,以台肇油田管道日常管理为对象,深入分析隐患产生的原因,并针对这些原因采取“对症下药”的治理措施,提出了一些建设性建议,为进一步提高台肇油田管道安全管理水平。
In recent years,oilfield development is facing higher safety and environmental protection requirements,in order to prevent environmental pollution caused by pipeline leakage or endangering public safety and adverse impact on Oilfield safety production,taking the daily management of pipeline in Taizhao Oilfield as the object,this paper deeply analyzes the causes of hidden dangers,adopts"suit the remedy to the case"treatment measures for these reasons,and puts forward some constructive suggestions,The purpose is to further improve the pipeline safety management level of Taizhao Oilfield.
