摘要
1 前言中国城市发展已经进入新的历史时期,城市在建设和发展过程中需要更加完善的城市功能体系,需要进一步提升城市活力,实现紧凑集约、高效绿色、符合未来需求的城市空间模型。在此背景下,城市的规划、设计与建设管理也进入精细化、复合化的阶段,大城市、城市高密度开发区尤其如此。当下,城市建设应从"人民城市为人民"的人民城市理念出发,以复合空间、立体城市为切入点,不断进行创新性的规划思考和建设尝试。
1.Introduction The development of Chinese cities has stepped into a new historical period.A more perfect urban functional system is needed in the process of urban construction and development,and the urban vitality needs to be further enhanced to achieve a compact,intensive and efficient urban spatial model that meets the needs of the future.Under such background,our urban planning,design and construction management have also entered a refined and complex stage,especially in big cities and high-density urban construction areas.At present,urban construction should start from the concept“City for the People”,take the compound space and three-dimensional city as breakthrough point,and make continuous innovation to carry out planning thinking and construction attempt.
