摘要
系统比较了福建三沙湾华贵栉孔扇贝(Mimachlamys nobilis)室外越冬期及室内低温(10℃)胁迫96 h内,肝脏、鳃、外套膜的SOD、CAT、MPO活力变化以及MDA、肝脏糖原含量的变化.结果表明:(1)低温胁迫下3种组织的生化指标变化规律相似;(2)随胁迫时间延长,SOD、CAT、MPO活力呈现先增后减趋势;(3)在胁迫期间,MDA含量持续上升,肝脏糖原含量持续下降.越冬期,华贵栉孔扇贝糖原含量从2017年12月—2018年1月急剧下降,随后稳定在一定的水平;不同组织MDA含量在1月或2月达到最高,随后降低;T-SOD活力在肝脏和外套膜中变化不显著.该种在福建宁德三都澳七星海区能够安全越冬.
The activities of SOD,CAT and MPO in liver,gill and mantle,as well as MDA and liver glycogen contents of Mimachlamys nobilis in Sansha Bay,Fujian Province,were systematically compared during the outdoor overwintering period and under indoor low temperature(10℃)stress for 96 h.The results showed that:(1)The changes of biochemical indexes of the three tissues under low temperature stress are similar;(2)With the extension of low temperature stress,the activities of SOD,CAT and MPO showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;(3)During the stress period,MDA content continued to increase,liver glycogen content continued to decrease.During the overwintering period,the glycogen content of Mimachlamys nobilis decreased sharply from December 2017 to January 2018,and then stabilized at a certain level;the content of MDA in different tissues reached the highest in January or February,and then decreased;and the activity of T-SOD in liver and mantle did not change significantly.Mimachlamys nobilis can survive the winter safely in Sanduao Qixing sea area of Ningde,Fujian Province.
