摘要
目的检测青海、西藏等七个地方的藏药浴水中主因子含量,对藏医药浴水中生物元素开展因子分析研究。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定标准储备液中13种生物元素,对检测数据进行因子分析,计算各因子的特征值、方差贡献率、累计贡献率,建立因子分析数学模型。对青海、西藏等七个地方的藏药浴水主因子含量进行排序。结果通过因子分析,得到Zn、Fe、Cu和Ca四个主成分,其累计贡献率为94.877%,基本包含了13个变量的信息;建立藏医药浴水中生物元素因子分析的数学模型,与四个主因子相关程度较大的微量元素分别为Al、Cr、K、Mn、P;Si、Sr、Zn;Ca、Cu、Fe;Fe。结论藏医药浴水中前四个主因子为Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca。
Objective To conduct a factor analysis of biological elements in the water of Tibetan medicinal bath therapy by detecting the content of principal factors in the water of Tibetan medicinal bath therapy in seven places such as Qinghai and Tibet.Methods A total of 13 biological elements in the standard stock solution were determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry.Factor analysis of detected data was conducted to calculate the eigenvalue,variance contribution rate and cumulative contribution rate of each factor so as to establish a mathematical model of factor analysis.The content of principal factors in the water of Tibetan medicinal bath therapy in the seven places was ranked.Results The four principal factors of Zn,Fe,Cu and Ca were obtained through factor analysis with the cumulative contribution rate of 94.877%,which basically contains the information of 13 variables.The mathematical model for factor analysis of biological elements in the water of Tibetan medicinal bath therapy was established.The trace elements significantly correlated with the four principal factors were Al,Cr,K,Mn,P and Si,Sr,Zn and Ca,Cu,Fe and Fe.Conclusion The first four principal factors in the water of Tibetan medicinal bath therapy are Zn,Fe,Cu and Ca.
