对于建筑工程来说,资金因素是最大的项目影响因素,很多项目因为资金不足而被搁置。因此,为了确保稳定的施工生产,有必要确保成本管理的有效实施。目前,许多企业在成本管理方面都存在不同程度的问题,管理没有落实到项目的各个方面。在这种情况下,很容易导致项目成本上升,影响企业收入。本文论述了建筑工程造价的动态管理和有效控制措施。
