摘要 建立了原子荧光光谱法测定粮谷中有机硒和无机硒含量的方法。用硝酸消化粮谷,用6 mol/L盐酸溶液控制酸度,测定总硒;以0.1 mol/L盐酸溶液提取粮谷中的无机硒,提取液用环己烷萃取后,收集水相用硝酸-高氯酸消解,用6 mol/L盐酸溶液控制酸度,测定无机硒;总硒与无机硒的差值为有机硒含量。结果表明:硒的质量浓度在30μg/L以内与对应的荧光强度呈线性,无机硒的加标回收率为89.0%~93.8%,其测定值的相对标准偏差小于5%,方法适用于粮谷中无机硒和有机硒的测定。 A method for the determination of organic selenium and inorganic selenium in cereal by atomic fluorescence spectrometry is established.The cereal is digested with nitric acid,the acidity is controlled with 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution and the total selenium is determined.Inorganic selenium in cereal is extracted with 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution.After the solution is extracted with cyclohexane,the aqueous phase is collected and digested with nitric acid and perchloric acid.The acidity is controlled with 6 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution to determine inorganic selenium.The difference between total selenium and inorganic selenium is the content of organic selenium.The results show that the mass concentration of selenium under 30μg/L is linear to corresponding fluorescence intensity.The spiked recovery of inorganic selenium is 89.0%-93.8%and the relative standard deviation of the measured value is less than 5%.This method is suitable for the determination of inorganic selenium and organic selenium in cereals.
