摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展,国有企业以迅猛的势头,不断推动我国经济高速增长。企业的良性长远发展与职工思想政治工作是分不开的。在新的形势下,积极统一职工思想,努力提高企业内部的凝聚力,做好各级职工思想政治工作是促进企业长期发展的重要环节。论文着重分析了思想政治工作在公路交通企业发展中的重要作用,并提出了加强公路交通企业基层单位职工思想政治工作的发展方向。
With the continuous development of social economy,state-owned enterprises have been promoting the rapid economic growth of China with a rapid momentum.The benign long-term development of enterprises and ideological and political work of workers are inseparable.Under the new situation,it is an important link to promote the long-term development of enterprises to actively unify the thoughts of employees,strive to improve the cohesion of enterprises and do the ideological and political work of employees at all levels well.This paper analyzes the important role of ideological and political work in the development of highway transportation enterprises,and puts forward the development direction of strengthening the ideological and political work of employees in the basic units of highway transportation enterprises.
