摘要
近年来,线上音乐治疗的模式由于其时间成本较低、地域限制小等特点受到了音乐治疗师和来访者的青睐。该文通过对一位来访者,进行为期4周的半指导性音乐想象的干预研究,探讨接受式音乐治疗对睡眠质量的影响。对比第一周干预前与最后一周干预后的PSQI数据后结果显示:除入睡时间与日间功能指数无变化外,其余指数均有所下降,PSQI总数由15减到10,睡眠质量有所提升。
In recent years, online music therapy has been favored by music therapists and clients due to its low time cost and geographical limitations. This paper discusses the effect of receptive music therapy on sleep quality through a 4-week intervention study of semi guided music imagination. After comparing the PSQI data before the intervention in the first week and after the intervention in the last week, the results showed that except that there was no change in sleep time and daytime function index, the other indexes decreased, the total number of PSQI decreased from 15 to 10, and the sleep quality improved.
