摘要
目的:比较iRoot SP冷侧压法与热牙胶垂直加压法治疗牙体牙髓病患者的效果。方法:选取62例牙体牙髓病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组30例与对照组32例。两组均行C形根管充填治疗,对照组采用iRoot SP热牙胶垂直加压法,观察组采用iRoot SP冷侧压法,比较两组适填率、充填面积比、疗效和患者满意率。结果:两组适填率、充填面积比和治疗总有效率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组满意率为100%,明显高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:iRoot SP冷侧压法与热牙胶垂直加压法治疗牙体牙髓病患者的效果相当,但iRoot SP冷侧压法可提高患者满意率。
Objective:To compared effects of iRoot SP cold lateral compression method and hot gutta-percha vertical compression method in treatment of patients with dental pulp disease.Methods:62 patients with dental and endodontic diseases were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(32 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups underwent C-type root canal filling treatment.The control group adopted the iRoot SP hot gutta-percha vertical compression method,while the observation group was given the iRoot SP cold lateral compression method.The proper filling rate,the filling area ratio,the curative effects and the patient satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the proper filling rate,the filling area ratio and the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than the 81.25%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The iRoot SP cold lateral compression method and the hot gutta-percha vertical compression method have the same effects in the treatment of the patients with dental pulp disease,but the iRoot SP cold lateral compression method can improve the patient’s satisfaction rate.
