摘要
目的探讨红外线治疗联合整体护理对顺产产妇会阴侧切后伤口疼痛程度及伤口愈合的疗效。方法将2018年1月—12月期间在泰和县妇幼保健院实施会阴侧切术的60名产妇采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组应用红外线治疗处理伤口,试验组在红外线治疗法的基础上联合整体护理,观察2组产妇伤口疼痛程度和伤口愈合情况。结果在实施会阴侧切术后第3天,试验组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在实施会阴侧切术后第5天,试验组总愈合率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对实施会阴侧切术的产妇给予红外线治疗联合整体护理,可以有效减轻会阴侧切伤口的疼痛程度,促进伤口尽快愈合,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To compare therapic effects of combination of infrared therapy and holistic nursing with simple infrared therapy on the pain degree of maternal wound after lateral episiotomy and the curative effect observation of wound healing.Methods A total of 60 parturients who underwent lateral episiotomy in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.the parturients in the control group(30 cases)received simple infrared therapy;while the parturients in the experimental group(30 cases)received combination of infrared therapy and holistic nursing,to observe and statistic the two groups of maternal wound pain and wound healing.Results On the third day after lateral episiotomy,the pain of visual analog scale(VAS)in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the fifth day after lateral episiotomy,The total healing rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the parturients who underwent lateral episiotomy,therapic effects of combination of infrared therapy and holistic nursing is much better than that of simple infrared therapy on the pain degree of maternal wound after lateral episiotomy and the curative effect observation of wound healing,with can effectively reduce the pain of the patient's episiotomy wound,promote the wound healing as soon as possible,and is worthy of popularization and application inclinic.
