摘要
面对突如其来的"5.21"疫情,深圳市龙岗区迅速启动应急响应,开展全区全员核酸筛查工作,深圳市龙岗区人民医院根据上级指示,按照科学混合采样方法,不断摸索和优化采样流程,通过"深i您"健康码提高采样效率,在采样工作中通过采样流程及采样方法的优化,在采样流程中通过采样点设置、安全距离把握、铁马隔离带使用、规范穿脱防护用品、执行手卫生、医疗废物处理等,从严、从紧、从细、从实强化院感防控,采用信息录入区与采样区是否为一一对应关系的3种采样流程,在4周限定时间内完成3轮全员74万人次核酸混合采样,3种采样流程效率对比无统计学意义,同时整个采样过程交叉感染零发生,确保居民快速恢复生活生产。为未来其他区域需要高效率、无交叉感染,短时间内大量核酸混合采样提供参考。
In the face of the sudden “5.21” epidemic, Longgang District quickly initiated an emergency response and carried out nucleic acid screening for all employees in the district. The Longgang District People’s Hospital of Shenzhen continued exploring and optimizing the sampling process following superior instructions and scientific mixed sampling methods. Through "Shenzhen love you" health code to improve sampling efficiency. In the sampling work, optimize sampling process and sampling method. In the sampling process, attention paid to the setting of sampling points, the control of safe distance, the use of iron horse isolation belt, standardize the wearing and removing of protective equipment, the implementation of hand hygiene, and the treatment of medical waste to strengthen the prevention and control of hospital infection. Complete three rounds of nucleic acid mixed sampling for 740,000 person-times of all staff within the limited time of 4 weeks. The results showed that the efficiency comparison of the three sampling processes had no statistical significance. At the same time, there was no cross infection during the whole sampling process and ensure residents’ rapid resumption of daily life and work. The experience is now shared to provide a reference for other regions that need high efficiency, no cross infection and a large amount of mixed nucleic acid sampling in a short time in the future.
