摘要
目的建立北京市密云地区1个月至13岁儿童血清总蛋白(TP)、清蛋白(ALB)的参考区间。方法选择2019—2020年在该院体检的1912例健康儿童血清,采用贝克曼AU680全自动生化分析仪对其血清TP、ALB项目进行检测。将所得的检测结果剔除离群值后进行统计学分析,自建参考区间,随机选择男女各20例验证该参考区间。结果1~<6个月、6个月至<1岁、1~<2岁、2~<6岁、6~13岁血清TP男/女参考区间为47~68、55~76、60~78、61~79、63~83 g/L;1~<6个月、6个月至13岁血清ALB男/女参考区间为34~49、38~50 g/L。结论1个月至13岁儿童血清TP、ALB的参考区间不同于成人,且不同年龄之间也不同。
Objective To establish the reference interval of serum total protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)in children aged from 1 month to 13 years old in Miyun district of Beijing.Methods A total of 1912 healthy children serum samples were selected in our hospital from 2019 to 2020.The serum TP and ALB were detected by Beckman AU680 automatic biochemical analyzer.Statistical analysis was conducted after the outliers were removed from the test results.A self-established reference interval was established,and 20 cases of male and female were randomly selected to verify the reference interval.Results The reference intervals of serum TP in male/female from 1 to<6 months,from 6 months to<1 year old,from 1 to<2 years old,from 2 to<6 years old,and from 6 to 13 years old were 47-68,55-76,60-78,61-79,63-83 g/L.The reference ranges of serum ALB in male/female from 1 to<6 months,from 6 months to 13 years old were 34-49,38-50 g/L.Conclusion The reference intervals of serum TP,ALB in children aged 1 month to 13 years old is different from that in adults,and it is also different between ages.
