摘要
目的了解儿外科护士对儿外科专科护士资质培训的需求及培养策略的期望。方法以儿外科护士为研究对象,使用微信平台发放和回收自行设计的儿外科专科护士培训需求及培养策略的调查问卷并进行统计学处理分析。结果共回收有效问卷1008份。目前仅9.5%的儿外科护士接受过系统、正规的儿外科专科护士的培训,84.2%的儿外科护士认为有必要开展专科护士资质培训。儿外科护士期望的师资团队包括儿外科资深护士、外科医生和外科护士长;期望设立包括病情早期预警管理、患者安全、外科营养指导等公共理论课程,以及儿外科各专科护理操作技术、围手术期患者安全、专科设备仪器的使用等临床实践内容;期望培训总时长为3个月,采用多种方式结合的教学方式,以理论考试和临床实践综合考核为主的方式结业。结论儿外科护士对儿外科专科护士培训需求强烈,在设计培训方案时,应考虑护士对于培训内容、方式、时长及师资等方面的需求,建立系统规范的儿外科专科护士培训体系。
Objective To investigate the needs of pediatric surgery nurses for the training of nursing specialists in pediatric surgery and expectations of training strategies.Methods A questionnaire on training needs and training strategies was issued and collected on the WeChat platform.Then statistical analysis was conducted.Results A total of 1008 effective questionnaires were collected.Only 9.5%of pediatric surgery nurses had received specialist training,84.2%of pediatric surgery nurses felt that it was necessary to carry out specialist training.The expected faculty of the pediatric surgery nurse includes the senior nurse surgeon and the surgical head nurse.It was expected to set up public theoretical courses including early warning management of illness,patient safety,surgical nutrition guidance,and other clinical practice contents,as well as nursing operation techniques of various specialties in pediatric surgery,perioperative patient safety,use of specialized equipment and instruments.The total training duration was expected to be 3 months.A combination of teaching methods will be adopted,and the courses will be completed mainly by theoretical examination or comprehensive assessment of clinical practice.Conclusion Training needs of pediatric surgical nurses for nursing specialists in pediatric surgery are strong.The nurses′needs for training contents,methods,duration and teachers should be considered when designing a systematic training program on the training of nursing specialists in pediatric surgery,and a systematic and standardized training system for pediatric nurses should be established.
