摘要
目的探讨广西制造、电力企业职业人群高血压患病与控制状况,为以职业场所为依托实施高血压干预提供依据。方法抽取广西地区30家大中型企业的职业人群为研究对象,进行问卷调查和职业健康检查。共调查10028人,高血压患病人数1586人,进一步对高血压患病人群进行血压分级,针对血压控制情况及影响血压控制因素进行分析。结果广西制造、电力企业职业人群高血压总患病率为15.82%,高血压知晓、治疗、控制率分别为59.96%、28.47%、29.51%。结论广西制造、电力企业职业人群高血压患病率低于全国水平;高血压知晓率、控制率高于全国水平,治疗率低于全国水平。
Objective To explore the prevalence and control of hypertension among workers in manufacturing and electric power enterprises in Guangxi,and to provide basis for hypertension intervention based on occupational places.Methods Utilizing sampling survey,selecting the workers from 30 large and medium-sized enterprises in Guangxi as the experimental group,a total of 10028 people were investigated,and 1586 people suffered from hypertension.Further carrying out blood pressure classification and the influencing factors of blood pressure control were analyzed.Results The total prevalence of hypertension among professionals in manufacturing and electric power enterprises in Guangxi was 15.82%,and the rates of hypertension awareness,treatment and control were 59.96%,28.47%and 29.51%,respectively.Conclusion The prevalence of hypertension among professionals in manufacturing and electric power enterprises in Guangxi is lower than the national level.The awareness rate and control rate of hypertension are higher than the national levels,and the treatment rate is lower than the national level.
