摘要
目的 探究普外科急性阑尾炎早期手术治疗的临床效果。方法 86例普外科急性阑尾炎患者,依据治疗方式不同分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用早期保守治疗无效后手术治疗,观察组采用早期手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间及并发症发生率。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为100.00%,与对照组97.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗时间(5.26±2.20)d、胃肠道功能恢复时间(14.38±3.00)h均短于对照组的(16.49±3.62)d、(23.27±3.27)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.33%,低于对照组的13.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对普外科急性阑尾炎患者采用早期手术治疗效果显著,可缩短康复时间,降低术后并发症发生率,临床可积极应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of early surgical treatment of acute appendicitis in general surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute appendicitis in general surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with surgery after early conservative treatment failed,and the observation group was treated with early surgery.The therapeutic effect,treatment time,gastrointestinal function recovery time and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%,which was not statistically significant compared with 97.67%in the control group(P>0.05).The treatment time(5.26±2.20)d and gastrointestinal function recovery time(14.38±3.00)h of the observation group were shorter than(16.49±3.62)d and(23.27±3.27)h of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 2.33%,which was lower than 13.95% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early surgical treatment has significant effect on patients with acute appendicitis in general surgery,which can shorten the recovery time and reduce the postoperative complication rates,and can be actively applied clinically.
