摘要
针对电传动装甲车辆恶劣工况下轮毂电机位置传感器容易产生故障问题,基于脉振高频电压注入法构建了位置传感器故障检测及容错控制系统。通过分析故障时位置传感器输出信号出现的幅值不平衡故障或正交不完全故障,采用阈值检测法实现故障检测,并使电机由有位置传感器控制切换为无位置传感器控制。仿真及实验结果表明,故障发生时,系统能够迅速检测出故障并进行容错控制,有效抑制了电机转速及定子电流的持续振荡。
Aiming at the problem that the position sensor of hub motor of electric drive armored vehicles is prone to failure under harsh working conditions,a position sensor fault detection and fault-tolerant control system is constructed based on pulsating high-frequency voltage injection method.By analyzing the amplitude imbalance fault or the incomplete quadrature fault of the position sensor output signal when the fault occurs,the threshold detection method is adopted to realize the fault detection,and the motor is switched from with position sensor control to without position sensor control.Simulation and experimental results show that when a fault occurs,the system can quickly detect the fault and perform fault-tolerant control,and can effectively suppress the continuous oscillation of the motor speed and stator current.
