摘要
胚胎发育是植物生长发育过程中极为重要的过程,而种胚败育现象在许多植物中普遍存在,研究植物种胚败育机制具有重要意义。文章对国内外植物种胚败育研究现状开展综述,重点阐述植物种胚败育生理生化、胚胎学及分子机理等方面研究进展。为进一步研究植物种胚败育机理、植物品种种质资源创新及无籽或无核果实性状育种应用提供理论基础。
Embryo development is an extremely important process in the process of plant growth and development.The phenomenon of embryo abortion is widespread in many plants,and it is of great significance to study the mechanism of plant embryo abortion.The current research status of plant embryo abortion was reviewed,and the researches on physiology,biochemistry,embryology and molecular mechanism of plant embryo abortion were emphasized.A theoretical basis for further researches on the mechanism of plant embryo abortion,the innovation of plant species germplasm resources,and the breeding application of seedless fruit traits were provided.
