自锁托槽与常规结扎翼托槽对口腔牙齿矫正患者矫治效果及牙周指标的影响 被引量:2

Influences of self-locking bracket and routine tie-wing bracket on correction effect and periodontal indexes in children undergoing oral orthodontics

摘要 目的分析自锁托槽与常规结扎翼托槽对口腔牙齿矫正患者矫治效果及牙周指标的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月在洛阳市妇幼保健院进行口腔牙齿矫正的80例患者作为研究对象,根据采用矫正方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规结扎翼托槽进行矫正,观察组采用自锁托槽进行矫正。比较两组患者矫治效果、牙周指标、复诊次数、矫治总时间、托槽脱落率情况。结果观察组矫治总有效率高于对照组(97.50%vs.85.00%)(P<0.05)。两组治疗前牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、菌斑指数(PLI)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后GI、SBI、PLI均较治疗前升高,但观察组GI、SBI、PLI低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复诊次数、矫治总时间、托槽脱落率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相比于常规结扎翼托槽,自锁托槽对口腔牙齿矫正患者的矫治效果更好,更有利于保护牙周组织。 【Objective】To analyze the influences of self-locking bracket and routine tie-wing bracket on correction effect and periodontal indexes in children undergoing oral orthodontics.【Methods】A total of 80 children undergoing oral orthodontics in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were enrolled and divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by simple random grouping method.The control group was treated with routine tie-wing bracket,while observation group was treated with self-locking bracket for correction.The correction effect,periodontal indexes,times of subsequent visit,total correction time and shedding rate of bracket were compared between the two groups.【Results】The total response rate of correction in observation group was higher than that in control group(97.50%vs.85.00%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference in gingival index(GI),sulcus bleeding index(SBI)and plaque index(PLI)between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,GI,SBI and PLI in both groups were all increased(P<0.05),which were lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).The times of subsequent visit,total correction time and shedding rate of bracket in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Compared with routine tie-wing bracket,correction effect of self-locking bracket are better on children undergoing oral orthodontics,which is more conducive to protecting periodontal tissues.
