摘要 优秀的绩效评估能力或评估体系的开发应用与卓越的企业绩效是紧密相关的,它对企业的经营发展具有重要的导向作用。目前作为物流行业的重要组织部分,快递不仅具有物流的特点还具有自身的特质,而国内对关于快递业物流系统的绩效评估体系的研究还很少。因此,建立符合快递企业要求的绩效评估体系不仅有利于快递企业的规范化发展,而且对于完善物流领域的评估理论也有重要的研究意义。 The development and application of excellent performance appraisal ability or appraisal system is closely related to excellent corporate performance,and it has an important guiding role in the business development of the enterprise.As an important organizational part of the logistics industry,express delivery not only has the characteristics of logistics but also has its own characteristics.However,there are few domestic researches on the performance evaluation system of express delivery industry in China.Therefore,the establishment of performance evaluation system in line with the requirements of express delivery enterprises is not only beneficial to their standardized development,but also has great significance to improve the evaluation theory in the field of logistics.
