摘要
目的探讨广西壮族自治区大新县农村地区成年人代谢综合征(MS)流行状况及其影响因素。方法选取广西壮族自治区大新县农村地区1800人作为研究对象,采用问卷调查其人口学特征、吸烟情况、饮酒情况、身体活动情况和食物摄入情况等;通过身体测量获取研究对象的体质指数、腰围和血压值,检测研究对象的血糖和血脂四项(总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C和HDL-C)。比较不同特征居民的MS患病情况,分析MS患病的相关影响因素。结果该地区成年居民MS患病率为9.8%。男性的MS患病率高于女性(P<0.05);不同年龄、婚姻状况、吸烟情况、饮酒情况、肥胖情况、奶及奶制品摄入情况、果汁饮料摄入情况人群的MS患病率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归模型分析结果显示,男性、年龄36~59岁和≥60岁(相对于年龄<36岁)、肥胖均为MS发生的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论广西大新县农村地区人群的MS患病风险与人口学特征、肥胖、生活行为因素和营养摄入因素有关,为预防和控制MS及其各类疾病的发生和发展,应重点关注男性、年龄>35岁和肥胖人群。
Objective To explore the prevalence status and its influencing factors of metabolic syndrome(MS)among adults in rural area of Daxin County,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Methods A total of 1800 individuals in rural areas of Daxin County,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,were enrolled as research subjects.A questionnaire survey was conducted on their demographic characteristics,nicotine intake,alcohol consumption,physical activities,food intake and etc.;the subjects′body mass index,waist circumference,and blood pressure value were obtained by the physical examination,and blood glucose and blood lipid(TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C)were detected in the subjects.The prevalence of MS was compared between residents with different characteristics,and the related factors influencing the prevalence of MS were analyzed.Results The prevalence rate of MS was 9.8%among the adult residents in this area.Men exhibited a higher prevalence rate of MS than women(P<0.05);there was statistically significant difference in the prevalence rate of MS between populations in different age groups,or between populations with different marital status,with different nicotine intakes,with different alcohol consumption,with and without obesity,with and without milk and dairy products intakes,or with and without fruit drinks intakes(all P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression model analysis revealed that male,aging between 36 and 59 years or more than 60 years(relative to age younger than 36 years),and obesity were the influencing factors of the occurrence of MS(all P<0.05).Conclusion Among people in the rural area of Daxin County,Guangxi,the risk for suffering from MS is related to their demographic characteristics,obesity,life behavior factors,and nutrition intake factors.Thereby,close attention should be paid to male,people older than 35 years,and obese people so as to prevent and control the development and progression of MS and various diseases.
