摘要
高桩梁板式码头的改造与加固是码头重要的施工项目,为保证码头中混凝土结构的坚固程度,研究高桩梁板式码头的混凝土结构加固新技术。建立钢筋-混凝土材料本构模型,以三个阶段为目标,分别构造钢筋-混凝土的表达式,计算材料应力指标;优化混凝土配筋率,将其与材料本身纤维体积参量系数相结合,获取混凝土-钢筋最优比例;计算高桩梁板式码头混凝土截面加固参数,计算正截面参数、斜截面参数以及两个截面的承载应力。在试验中设计四种混凝土加固方法,分别计算其荷载-挠度指标,根据试验结果可知,混凝土加固结构越厚,则挠度的两个拐点越大,荷载承受力越大,该加固结构越坚固。
The reconstruction and reinforcement of high pile beam slab wharf is an important construction project for the wharf.In order to ensure the firmness of the concrete structure in the wharf,a new concrete structure reinforcement technology of high pile beam slab wharf is studied.The constitutive model of reinforced concrete material is established.Aiming at three stages,the expressions of reinforced concrete are constructed respectively,and the material stress indexes are calculated;the optimal ratio of concrete to reinforcement is obtained by optimizing the reinforcement ratio of concrete and combining it with the fiber volume parameter coefficient of the material itself;calculate the reinforcement parameters of concrete section of high pile beam slab wharf,and calculate the parameters of normal section,inclined section and the bearing stress of two sections.In the experiment,four concrete reinforcement methods are designed and their load deflection indexes are calculated respectively.According to the experimental results,the thicker the concrete reinforcement structure,the larger the two inflection points of deflection,the greater the load bearing capacity,and the stronger the reinforcement structure.
