摘要
近年来国家天然气体制改革不断深入,按照“管住中间,放开两头”总体部署,2020年国家管网公司成立,形成了天然气上游多渠道供给,中间统一管网输配,下游市场销售充分竞争的行业新格局。文章从天然气企业统计工作的重要作用出发,分析统计工作的现状和新阶段带来的挑战,探讨改革后天然气企业统计工作可行的发展方向,提出了提高统计能力的思路和具体措施建议。
In recent years,the reform of the national natural gas system has continued to deepen.In accordance with the overall deployment of“controlling the middle and liberalizing the two ends”,the National Pipeline Network Company was established in 2020,forming a new pattern of the industry about a multi-channel upstream supply of natural gas,a unif ied pipeline network transmission in the middle,and full competition in downstream market sales.Starting from the important role of statistical work in natural gas enterprises,this article analyzes the status quo of statistical work and the challenges brought by the new stage.In order to explore the feasible development direction of statistical work in natural gas enterprises after the reform,this article proposes ideas and specif ic measures to improve statistical capabilities.
