摘要
数字金融作为传统金融的升级迭代,在相当程度上改善了我国实体经济融资难的困境。高技术产业作为实体经济的重要组成部分,同样也可以享受数字金融的“普惠性”发展来促进自身成长。文章选用2011-2019年中国30个省份的高技术产业数据,结合北京大学中国数字金融研究中心数字普惠金融指数,构建空间面板模型实证检验数字金融对高技术产业发展的影响效应。研究表明,数字金融的发展对高技术产业成长有明显的促进效应且有着十分显著的空间集聚特征。并且通过对动态空间模型的效应分解发现,高技术产业的空间溢出效应十分明显,但数字金融对高技术产业的发展仅有直接效应显著。因此,我国需要在继续推进数字金融发展整体布局基础上根据区域间差异因势利导,不断深化金融供给侧结构性改革,提升数字金融对高技术产业高质量发展的支撑作用。
As an upgrading iteration of traditional finance,digital finance has improved the financing difficulties of China's real economy to a considerable extent.As an important part of the real economy,high-tech industry can also enjoy the"inclusive"development of digital finance to promote its own growth.Based on the high-tech industry data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019,combined with the digital inclusive finance index of China Digital finance research center of Peking University,the author constructs a spatial panel model to empirically test the impact of digital finance on the development of high-tech industry.The research shows that the development of digital finance has a significant promoting effect on the growth of high-tech industry,and has a very significant spatial agglomeration characteristics.Through the effect decomposition of the dynamic spatial model,it is found that the spatial spillover effect of high-tech industry is very obvious,but digital finance has only a significant direct effect on the development of high-tech industries.Therefore,on the basis of continuing to promote the overall layout of the development of digital finance,China needs to continue to deepen the structural reform of the financial supply side based on regional differences and to enhance the supporting role of digital finance for the high-quality development of high-tech industries.
