摘要
田径运动鞋主要制备材料由聚氨酯构成,通过加入不同剂量纳米材料来提高运动鞋耐磨性、耐弯曲性以及柔韧性,以此改善田径运动鞋的综合使用感受与穿着体验。文章结合聚氨酯复合材料制备性能,对运动鞋底部受力情况及材料力学性能进行简述,并对田径运动鞋设计需求展开弹力、抗弯强度、耐磨性三方面分析,最后将聚氨酯与纳米复合材料进行性能及工艺解析。
The main preparation material of track and field sports shoes is composed of polyurethane.By adding different doses of nanomaterials to improve the wear resistance,bending resistance and flexibility of sports shoes,so as to improve the comprehensive use and wearing experience of track and field sports shoes.Combined with the performance of polyurethane composites,this paper briefly describes the stress condition and mechanical properties of the material at the bottom of athletic shoes,and analyzes the elastic force,bending resistance and wear resistance of the design requirements of athletic shoes.Finally,the performance and process of polyurethane and nanocomposites are analyzed.
