摘要
目的探讨IL-6、IL-17、IL-21、IL-27、TGF-β等细胞因子与重症肌无力分型、临床病程之间的关系。方法收集2018年4~6月就诊的重症肌无力患者(n=50)和健康体检者(n=29)血液标本,采用酶联免疫吸附方法检测上述细胞因子,根据不同亚型及不同临床病程进行比较。结果全身型及眼肌型重症肌无力患者血清IL-6水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05),初发期的重症肌无力患者血清IL-6显著高于健康对照(P<0.05),稳定期、加重期患者与健康对照者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而不同分型、不同临床病程的重症肌无力患者血清IL-6差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重症肌无力患者与健康对照者血清TGF-β、IL-17、IL-21及IL-27差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论IL-6可能在重症肌无力免疫异常中发挥着关键的作用,有可能作为新的治疗靶点。
Objective To investigate the role of cytokines IL-6,IL-17,IL-21,IL-27 and TGF-βin myasthenia gravis.Methods Fifty patients with myasthenia gravis who were treated in our hospitakl from April to June 2018 were enrolled as observation group,at the same time,the other 29 hralthy subjects were enrolled as control group.The blood specimens of all the subjects were collected,and the cytokines including IL-6,IL-17,IL-21,IL-27 and TGF-βwere detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the results were observed and compared between the two grousp.Results The serum levels of IL-6 in patients with general and ocular myasthenia gravis were significantly higher than that those in control group(P<0.05).And the serum levels of IL-6 in patients with initial myasthenia gravis were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),howevre,there were no significant differences in serum levels IL-6 between the patients in stable or exacerbation stage and control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum levels of IL-6 among different subtypes and different stage of myasthenia gravis(P>0.05).Moreover there were no significant differences in the serum levels of TGF-β,IL-17,IL-21 and IL-27 between observation group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion IL-6 may play a key role in immune abnormalities of patients with myasthenia gravis,which may be used as a new therapeutic target.
