摘要
基于有限元仿真分析软件,简化边界条件并通过六面体网格建立黄铜板光纤激光切割有限元模型,模拟激光切割中的切缝形成过程,通过编译子程序设置生死单元,将达到熔点温度的单元隐藏以实现切缝成形演示,从而分析激光功率和切割速度对切缝成形的影响,寻求最佳工艺参数的匹配规律,为黄铜板光纤激光切割实际试验提供理论指导。
Based on the finite element simulation analysis software,the boundary conditions are simplified,and the finite element model of the optical fiber laser cutting of the brass sheet is built through hexahedral mesh to simulate the process of slit forming in laser cutting.Subprograms are compiled to set the life and death units,and the units that reach the melting point are hided to demonstrate slit forming.The effect of laser power and cutting speed on slit forming is analyzed,and the matching law of the best process parameters is sought,providing the theoretical guidance for the actual test of the optical fiber laser cutting of the brass sheet.
