摘要
目的探讨通过综合方法对顽固性痛性神经瘤进行治疗的临床效果。方法2010年5月-2018年11月,对10例周围神经外伤后形成的顽固性痛性神经瘤通过手术、局部用药、口服药物、康复及护理等多种方法进行综合治疗。结果10例顽固性痛性神经瘤得到治愈或缓解。结论顽固性痛性神经瘤通过综合方法治疗,可以取得良好的临床效果。
objective To investigate the cliniclle effect of comprehensive therapy on intractable painful neuroma.Methods From May 2010 to November 2018,ten cases of intractable painful neuroma after peripheral nerve injury were treated by operation,local medication,oral medication,rehabilitation and nursing comprehensively.Results Ten cases of intractable painful neuroma were cured or relieved.Conclusion Comprehensive treatment for intractable painful neuroma can achieve good clinical effect.
