摘要
稀土上转换发光材料是一种采用近红外光连续激发的光致发光材料,具有稳定性好、发射带窄、穿透性强、毒性低等显著特点,已成为当前很多领域乃至交叉学科的研究热点。近年来,随着对上转换发光材料研究的不断深入,为了优化上转换发光材料的性能及利用其特性开拓新的应用领域,国内外研究者已逐渐将研究重点从单一材料转向复合材料。结合本课题组在稀土上转换发光材料/量子点复合材料的研究工作,本文综述了近年来上转换发光材料与量子点复合材料的研究进展及应用,并对未来发展前景和面临挑战进行了展望。
As a photoluminescent material excited by near-infrared light,rare-earth upconversion luminescent materials have obvious characteristics of good stability,narrow emission band,strong penetration and low toxicity,and have become research hotspots in many fields and even interdiscipline at present.In recent years,with the development of research on upconversion luminescent materials,researchers have gradually turned their research emphasis from single materials to composite materials.Based on the research work in our group on rare earth upconversion luminescent materials/quantum dots composite materials,this article reviews the research progress and applications of rare earth upconversion luminescent materials/quantum dots composite materials in recent years,and prospects the future development trends and challenges.
