摘要
目的观察质子泵抑制剂对治疗声带白斑的疗效。方法选取我院声带白斑患者80例(2016年5月~2020年5月),均给予质子泵抑制剂治疗,观察患者治疗效果、心理状态及复发率。结果 80例患者,治疗显效35例,占43.75%,有效42例,占52.50%,无效3例,占7.50%,总有效77例,总有效率96.25%;复发2例,复发率2.50%;治疗后,患者SAS评分(48.62±2.11)分,SDS评分(45.73±2.18)分,与治疗前对比,P<0.05。结论:给予声带白斑患者质子泵抑制剂治疗,能提高治疗效果,促进患者心理状态的改善,疾病复发率低,值得借鉴。
Objective To observe the efficacy of proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of vocal cord leukoplakia.Methods 80 patients with vocal cord leukinesis in our hospital (from May 2016 to May 2020) were selected and treated with proton pump inhibitors.The therapeutic effect,psychological state and recurrence rate of the patients were observed.Results Of the 80 patients,35 cases (43.75%) were significantly effective,42 cases (52.50%) were effective,and 3 cases (7.50%) were ineffective.The total effective cases were 77,and the total effective rate was 96.25%.2 cases relapsed,the recurrence rate was 2.50%.After treatment,the patients’ SAS score was (48.62±2.11) and SDS score was (45.73±2.18),compared with that before treatment,P < 0.05.Conclusion Proton pump inhibitor therapy for patients with vocal cord leukoplakia can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of patients’ psychological state,low disease recurrence rate,which is worthy of reference.
